BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Software shaped around the way your business works
When information is scattered across spreadsheets, disconnected tools and manual processes, everyday operations become harder to manage. We build and customise business systems that bring workflows, information and teams into a more coordinated environment, from customer and vendor portals to CRM applications and ERP modules.
Relevant work
Practical systems, built around specific workflows
How it works
Start with your processes, not a collection of features
Map your operations
We understand how your business handles customers, orders, stock, approvals, finance and internal responsibilities today.
A map of how customers, orders, stock, approvals and finance move today.
Define the system
We establish the modules, user roles, data structures, workflows and integrations required to support those operations.
Modules, roles, data structures, workflows and integrations, written down.
Configure and develop
We customise the selected foundation, implement the required modules and build additional functionality where the existing platform is not sufficient.
The foundation configured, modules in place, gaps built as custom work.
Test and prepare for adoption
We validate key workflows, permissions, integrations and reports, then prepare the system for deployment and handover.
Workflows, permissions, integrations and reports validated, then handed over.

FAQ
Common questions
Do you build an ERP system entirely from scratch?
Not necessarily. We assess whether an existing foundation, such as the Frappe Framework, is suitable for your requirements. Where it is, we can configure and extend it rather than recreate standard business functionality from a blank page. The approach is determined during technical scoping.
Can the system match our existing business processes?
We map your current workflows, identify the requirements and determine where configuration, custom modules or process changes are appropriate. The goal is to make the system fit the agreed operating model rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
Can different users have different permissions?
Yes. Role-based access is part of the solution design. We define which user groups can see, create, update or approve specific information and actions.
Can you connect the system to our existing software?
We assess the available APIs, data formats and integration constraints of the systems involved, then scope the connections and testing needed.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Data migration can be included after reviewing the source systems, data quality, volume and target structure. The approach and any data-cleaning work are defined separately in the project scope.
