Digital experiences that stand out. Systems that work

From the first impression a customer gets to the systems your team relies on every day, we design and build technology around how your business actually works.

Whether you need a memorable website, a custom business platform, a mobile app or connected workflows, our in-house team brings the design, engineering and testing together under one roof.

Sites people remember

Chapter 01

Your website should do more than look good. It should communicate what makes your business different, help visitors understand what you offer and make taking the next step feel natural.

We build everything from distinctive, motion-led websites to practical content-managed sites and complete e-commerce experiences. The approach depends on your audience, objectives, platform requirements and how your team will manage the site after launch.

  1. 01

    3D & scroll-driven websites

Make your story impossible to overlook.

When a conventional website struggles to communicate the value of a product, service or brand, a carefully designed interactive experience can make the message easier to understand and remember. We storyboard the journey before development, then integrate motion and 3D around the story you need to tell. Performance budgets and device and frame-rate testing help keep the experience purposeful and responsive, rather than letting visual effects compromise the experience.

Best suited forProduct launches, premium brands, interactive showcases and storytelling-led campaigns.

    Custom websites & web platforms

Build around your business, not the limits of a template.

Standard website solutions can become restrictive when your business needs a specific customer journey, custom functionality or connections to other systems. We build responsive marketing websites, multi-page e-commerce experiences and custom platforms with their own data models, business logic and APIs where needed. Design and engineering are planned together, so the result connects a clear user experience with the functionality required to support it.

Best suited forGrowing businesses, complex websites, digital products and platforms with custom requirements.

    WordPress development

Give your team control of its own website.

A website should not require a developer every time your team needs to publish content or update a page. We build single-page and multi-page WordPress websites with tailored layouts, populated content, forms, plugins and third-party integrations. Each build is tested across devices and browsers, with links checked before launch. We then hand over a site your team can manage, with theme and third-party costs clearly scoped rather than left as surprises.

Best suited forBusiness websites, company profiles, content-led sites and teams that need straightforward content management.

    Shopify development & integrations

Make your store work with the rest of your business.

An online store often depends on more than its product pages and checkout. Vendor operations, external platforms and other business systems may also need access to accurate, up-to-date store data. We use Shopify’s APIs to connect your store to the systems around it, implement live data synchronisation and build supporting dashboards or vendor platforms when required. Integrations are tested against Shopify’s developer and sandbox environments before they interact with the live store.

Our work on Ayzel’s multi-tenant vendor platform demonstrates this approach: Shopify data and vendor-management workflows are connected rather than handled as separate processes.

Best suited forShopify merchants with integration requirements, multi-vendor operations and businesses that need custom tools around their stores.

    Wix website development

A professional website your team can keep up to date.

When your primary requirement is an effective website that your team can edit independently, a complicated custom build may be unnecessary. We design and build your website directly on Wix, place your content into the finished layouts, test the experience across devices and prepare it for launch. Your team also receives a walkthrough of the editing workflow, so everyday updates remain manageable without constant developer involvement.

Best suited forSmall businesses, service providers and teams that value straightforward website editing.

Systems businesses run on

Chapter 02

The customer experience is only one part of a successful business. Behind it, teams need accurate information, connected workflows and dependable tools to manage their daily work.

We develop mobile applications, business management systems, AI-powered workflows and payment integrations that help bring those moving parts together. Every solution starts with the process it needs to support and the people who will use it.

  1. 06

    Mobile app development

One product experience across iOS and Android.

Building a useful mobile app means more than putting a website onto a smaller screen. The app needs to communicate with your backend, handle changing network conditions and deliver the right information at the right time. We build cross-platform applications with React Native, connecting them to existing APIs and implementing features such as push notifications, offline handling and native device capabilities where required. We also cover testing and submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Best suited forCustomer-facing apps, business applications and digital products that need to reach users on both major mobile platforms.

    CRM, ERP & business portals

Bring the work, information and people together.

When customer records, sales, procurement, inventory, finance and staff operations are scattered across spreadsheets or disconnected tools, teams spend valuable time reconciling information instead of moving work forward. We build CRM and ERP systems, along with role-based customer, vendor and staff portals, around your actual workflows and reporting requirements. Where appropriate, we use Frappe Framework, the open-source foundation behind ERPNext, to create connected modules without forcing your business into an ill-fitting process.

Depending on your requirements, the system can bring together sales and CRM, accounting, procurement, inventory, HR and payroll, custom forms, dashboards and approvals.

Best suited forBusinesses replacing fragmented processes, organisations managing multiple operational workflows and teams that need a more connected view of their business.

    AI automation & agentic workflows

Turn repetitive tasks into workflows that do the work.

AI is most useful when it helps complete a real task, not simply when it adds a chatbot to an existing process. We connect AI models and third-party APIs to business systems to automate repeatable workflows and create assistants that can interact with the tools they need. That extends to real-time voice AI, combining streamed call audio, speech recognition, model orchestration, tool calls and generated speech. We focus on the task, the systems involved and the workflow the solution must complete—not AI for its own sake.

Best suited forRepetitive operational work, API-driven workflows, AI assistants and voice-based automation.

    Payment gateway & escrow integrations

Keep transactions and the workflows around them in sync.

Payments involve more than sending a customer to a checkout page. In marketplaces and other transaction-driven products, payment status must connect to the surrounding process, including bidding, escrow, messaging and notifications. We integrate payment gateways and escrow into the broader application, then test the journey across the stages that depend on each transaction. Our work on Butterply’s marketplace included bidding, escrow and messaging-related flows, reflecting the importance of treating payments as part of the product rather than an isolated integration.

Best suited forMarketplaces, transaction-based platforms and applications that need payment processing connected to their business logic.

The people who scope it are the people who build it

Chapter 03

Good software starts with a clear understanding of the problem. It also needs a realistic scope, sound engineering decisions and enough testing to make launch a planned step—not a last-minute hope.

At Softify Labs, architecture, design, development and quality assurance happen in-house. You work with the team responsible for delivering the project, with the scope, timeline and costs discussed before development begins.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

We discuss your objectives, who will use the solution, the workflows it needs to support and the systems it must connect to.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

You receive an itemised quote covering the agreed scope, timeline and cost breakdown. Relevant third-party expenses are identified clearly, with additional features or scope changes estimated separately.

  3. 03

    Design, build & test

Our team handles architecture, design, development and QA under one roof. Testing is part of the delivery process, tailored to the type of product and its requirements.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

We deploy the agreed solution and hand it over with the relevant setup and guidance. Support and maintenance can be scoped separately, so the expectations are clear from the start.

Start with the problem. We’ll help define the build

You don’t need to arrive with a complete technical specification or know which service is right for you.

Tell us what your customers need, what is slowing your team down or what you want to bring to life. We’ll work through the requirements with you, explain the practical options and define what it will take to build the right solution.
